These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services. By engaging Plumb Your Way, you agree to the following:

1. Services

Plumb Your Way provides residential and commercial plumbing services, including emergency plumbing, maintenance, and installations across Melbourne.

All services are subject to availability and site conditions.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time
• Final pricing may vary if additional work is required once the job is assessed on site
• Any changes will be discussed with you before proceeding

3. Call-Out Fees

• No call-out fees apply during standard work hours, unless otherwise stated
• After-hours, emergency, or special call-outs may incur additional charges

4. Payments

• Payment is due upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed
• We accept payment methods as communicated at the time of service
• Unpaid invoices may result in follow-up fees or service refusal

5. Workmanship Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on completed works, subject to:

• Proper use of installed materials
• No interference or modification by third parties
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or manufacturer defects beyond their own warranties

6. Cancellations

• We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, especially for emergency bookings

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the issue
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property
• Disclose any known hazards, prior work, or site issues

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Our liability is limited to re-supplying services or refunding the cost of the service provided
• Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy for major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
